You had a set schedule and you typically will get a set classroom, with the same kids everyday, very understanding & caring when you need to take time off

Cons

Over rostered the children it was always over ratio and struggled to place the kids in other rooms, management all quit at the same time so it was a mess, was under review by licensing (they have monthly visits), no paid time off only sick leave 1 hour per pay period…
