If you are looking to gain experience in the teaching profession, Kiddie Academy is a great start. They have a curriculum that takes education seriously and also provides after-school services for children. Every holiday is special and they create special event for children to enjoy.

Cons

Kids can be intense at time and the job is high stress. Very little help from upper management and often times employees can get lazy, Only 30 minutes breaks and little time for rest, so if you're looking to work in a slow paced environment then this job is not for you.
