There’s actually none that I can think of besides cute kids.

Cons

- Barely any pay - Overworked - Expected to buy all classroom materials without reimbursement - Bosses love to gossip then wonder why there’s so many rumors going around (Christine) - No raises (Ive been here over a year and never gotten a raise, even after a promotion) - Bosses have severe favoritism issues that they refuse to address - Bosses refuse to deal with pluming issues professionally (clogged toilets for MONTHS at a time, no hot water, etc.) - Constantly asked to work on breaks or after work for free - No HR department

Amazing teachers and parents which make your day amazing

Cons

This location that I was at, the franchise owner has no idea what she is doing. Comes from an auditing background and knows nothing about daycares or education. She is a micro manager, racist and acts like she is better than everyone else.
