Pros

the kids and families are awesome

Cons

no work life separation every 6 months leadership changes in centers because the head bosses make promises that are never kept you will have to lie to families for the lack of management and leadership not doing their jobs overworked and underpaid you have to learn at least 5 different systems to even be a part time twice a week coach they want you to be available 24/7 via slack or if someone calls out sick

Pros

You’ll meet plenty of new people from all over the US markets.

Cons

Work life balance is minimal. You must live, breathe, and be Kidstrong or consequences will arise. Initial training is below par considering the mission the company strives after. Prepare to get degraded by the Corporate GM and your personal life ripped to shreds. You’ll hear how wonderful the culture is. That culture they speak of exists within HQ. At any other level below the company culture is clique culture. Lack of development and follow through. Always get things in writing.
