They are cut throat corporate with a smile. Get everything in writing. Dont be fooled, this is not a career. They will work you and work you until they can find reasons to undermine your hard work and undercut your value. My experience was awful.. At first it was all fast tracking and promises, but once they realized I was a hard worker that wanted to prove my worth they put me in a roll to make phone calls all shift and cover classes when others called out. They were not about paying for your value and they want you to be as available and company minded as possible.

Each location is franchised. I learned halfway into my position there that this can mean whoever owns your location can do things drastically differently than every other location. With that said, my feedback as our head coach was taken here and there, but it wasn't when it came to managing the team as a whole. This caused a major riff between myself and our specific franchise owners. To this day, the location is still treading water and having a hard time keeping coaches.
