Pros

If you looking for a positive, growth driven, and community based environment, kidstrong is the place to work. I’ve been involved in both the Wayne and Waldwick locations in NJ and they are equally as welcoming and enjoyable. The shifts are short, co-workers are awesome, the energy is high, and the compensation is greater than most other companies. Kidstrong is the place to be!!

Shifts are limited to mainly in the evenings during the week

-Having a unique impact on kids, often that they don't get anywhere else -Strong bonds with the families you work with and your coworkers/management -Constant investment into your growth not just as an employee, but as a person -Lots of opportunities to move up in the company

Cons

-Coaching shifts are usually 3-5 hours, but there are opportunities to gain more hours if wanted!
