The company really values the experience of the kids and their families! I also love the curriculum built to coach.

Cons

Shifts are 3-4 hours long; but if you’re looking for shorter shifts, this job is ideal!

Pros

The environment promotes everyone to be the best. I have learned so much and I love getting to play a role in the lives of so many children and their families. It’s been an absolute joy. It’s the first job I’ve had that I am not constantly looking at the time. It’s fun!

Cons

Personally, it is a bit farther than I would like, but this is a very minor inconvenience and the pros outweigh this small con.
