Great ideas - lack of support

Pros

The program is a great foot in the door for learning about how to work with kids and gain some experiences.

Cons

High turn over because you get paid based on the class not by then hour which leads to other coaches taking advantage of each other which leads to more of a rivalry vs support. Unless the head coach is really on it people will steal each others classes by leading them while another person is assigned to them which affects your pay and your ability to properly connect with the kids.

Amazing Coaching Opportunity!

Pros

Connecting with children and their families to better their lives. Family environment with the staff. Upbeat and fun classes that keep everyone entertained. Flexible with your availability. Pay structure is based on how many students are in each class. The more students the more $. Ongoing training to make you feel more confident and gain new skills.

Cons

Sometimes there is not enough time in between classes to connect with families and get ready for the next class.
