Only care about making money and not the people doing the work

Pros

-Coworkers - Nice work space - Good free food - decent pay

Cons

- Cryptocurrency took over everything (money money money) - app is filled with terrible people hurting children and the CEO turns a blind eye - Let go their safety team (that was taking child predators and horrible people off of the app and to the police) to focus on development and crypto - put emphasis on people creating revenue rather than people that do the hard work to keep the app up and running - unqualified leadership - office place morale - teams do not co-mingle / are separated from each other

- Exciting challenges in crypto and online communities - Great coworkers and relationships that last - New office in Catalyst with great coffee nearby - The ability to try new things and learn from smart people

Cons

- New office is still a bit under construction - Good mission but the team isn't big enough to accomplish everything we want to tackle
