Pros
The people at Kik definitely make the organization, some of the brightest, hard working individuals I have worked with in my career. The perks are great and are focused on taking away the hassles in your life (no need to prepare your own meals, travel to the gym, buy snacks, etc.) and they are very focused on rewarding hard work with time off to enjoy success and family.
Cons
Culture is becoming disjointed as the team grows with demarcations arising between teams. Company structure leads to slow decision making process. Compensation is good, but could be adjusted in some areas.
