-Great cross communication between departments (weekly company stand-ups) -Perks are awesome (lunches/dinners catered, fully stocked pantry, lots of social events, gym on site) -Strong co-op program -Opportunity to work on really challenging problems -Fun culture with extremely bright co-workers

Cons

-Some growing pains as we try to scale, but nothing that I wouldn't have expected
