      Pros

      Family owned company with family values. When you join the Kimble team you become part of the family. They take care of their employees and make sure they have time for their families. It is a very fast past company and there is always room for growth. You will always learn something new and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      With every fast passed job there can be stress, some days more than others.

      Kimble is growing rapidly. Lot of room for advancement and opportunity for growing your sales channel. Team is fun and friendly. Supervisor really cares about his team.

      Cons

      Salary (no overtime). But commission is good.
