Pros
Easy job. If you work overtime, you can make some bank.
Cons
So many cons. Management needs to be fired from the top all the way down, including some employees, basically. I have a high tolerance for bs, this was bad. Did not receive the correct rate for overtime pay and was told by payroll that is how they do it, which isn't legal. You are treated as the material you work with. If you are female on second shift, you better have a stun gun and pepper spray, and be prepared to use it, although most of my coworkers were normal.
