Day shift, rotate about 1 Saturday a month, good healthcare benefits at a great price

Cons

poor management with a bad attitude, poor training not adequately prepared for the issues that arise for customers, and not enough support to resolve custkmer concerns. Often left on your own to figure it out and hope for the best, just for customers to call and cuss you out when it didnt get resolved by the teams it needed to.

Terrible management and “leadership”. Someone in the small office contracted COVID, and they didn’t even have anyone leave and we all had to stay, when everyone was capable working remotely.
