Great family owned company, incredible medical benefits with extremely low medical deductibles. Discounts for being non tobacco and attending paid wellness meetings. After 90 days 10 paid vacation days for all employees and opportunity for drivers and mechanics to earn 6 PTO days

Plenty of overtime and home every night. Safety bonus per quarter includes overtime worked. Good benefits with company matched 401k also profit sharing

Cons

Depending on day of week you can generate double points for a call off. 1 point can take up to 5 months of no missed days to fall off
