      Decent atmosphere for a Large Corprate entity

      Pros

      Corporate structure for fairness & transparency well established. Company invests in establishments keeping them up to date & within local Health Dept. codes and stipulations, Competent Upper Management more so than other large luxury/boutique hotel chains.

      Cons

      As is typical, some people without competence or accountability slip into lower management positions/ Shift Sups, Normally these people weed themselves out but Nashville is one of those towns with a "Good ol' Boy" networking culture so there can be favoritism & other petty management styles towards shifts avail. & nightly section assignments.

      Scope creep is common, with responsibilities frequently extending beyond role title and compensation Overnight operations often rely heavily on individual staff, increasing operational and personal risk Role boundaries and escalation support are not always clearly defined or respected Career development and progression tend to be reactive rather than structured Resourcing and contingency planning can place excessive pressure on frontline staff Retention is challenged by workload expectations and inconsistent recognition of responsibility
