Pros

Corporate structure for fairness & transparency well established. Company invests in establishments keeping them up to date & within local Health Dept. codes and stipulations, Competent Upper Management more so than other large luxury/boutique hotel chains.

Cons

As is typical, some people without competence or accountability slip into lower management positions/ Shift Sups, Normally these people weed themselves out but Nashville is one of those towns with a "Good ol' Boy" networking culture so there can be favoritism & other petty management styles towards shifts avail. & nightly section assignments.
