Pros

Work from Home Base plus commission Its a pretty laid back place to work not overly stressful and if you put in the work you will be rewarded. Working from home can be tough but the structure keeps you focused. Paid training and licensing

Cons

Working from home can sometimes make communication tough so it may be a little bit until you get an answer. The job is pretty repetitive so it can get boring at times. Its still a new company so a lot changes which can also be a pro.

Pros

You can work at home or abroad. The company is always changing and really listens to feedback from the employees to try and make things better for the employees and the customers. They are growing at a fantastic rate so lots of areas for advancement if you want.

Cons

The company isn't seen as a legacy nor is it well known yet, but the company is quickly changing that and the word is spreading.

Pros

I have been an agent for several years and then came to Kin, and am very happy with working here. Great salary, very fair commission, very accommodating and reasonable management and a solid work life balance to top it off. The rates are typically very reasonable and our claims process is very simple too.

Cons

Not much to say here... I am happy with the work from home and my position and career with Kin.
