Pros

Good commercial stability, not being propped up by hype like a lot of the Tech space. Growing a lot in a time when that's less common. Lots of opportunity for smart folks who want to get stuff done. Leadership seems to know what it's doing.

Cons

As a roughly Series D company, it's too controlled of an environment for folks looking for a seed/angel round startup environment, and still too fast paced for folks looking for an effortless paycheck.

Pros

Kin is a great place to work. Here are my favorite things: * Radical transparency from the CEO down. * Good top-down strategic planning, so we're all paddling in the same direction and not switching priorities on a quarterly basis. * Empowerment of teams to figure out how to hit targets. * Employees from different teams have positive intent, and are eager and willing to collaborate. * Good balance of growth and profitability (i.e. good financial controls means a stable place to work).

Cons

We have our fair share of growing pains - trying to more with less, teams doing overlapping work because our processes haven't caught up, etc. Plenty of opportunity for improvement, but we're heading in the right direction.

Pros

Good pay, and training is superb. Offer sign on bonus usually for new hires. WORK FROM HOME.

Cons

Post training management expects new agents employees to be at the speed of tenured agents if not you are harassed daily to meet quota. It is extremely stressful and difficult to work under those circumstances. Ramp up time is not allowed rhey state training is done now you have to produce.
