Pros

Fully virtual/WFH, with options to come into the office if you want Co-workers are really nice. A lot of fun channels in slack where people feel connected Equity options, have never had that at an employer before Very casual environment, but people are also really competent. Communication seems really transparent compared to some of the other companies I've been at.

Cons

All the technology pieces (getting laptop, setup and first day) were a little confusing. Maybe thats just onboarding remotely. Most things are done in google sheets/docs when there is probably a better tool to use.

Pros

They pay for you to get your P&C license but if you don’t pass they just fire you. The team it’s very nice and supportive, it’s a very collaborative environment, the pay it’s fair but they should be honest during the recruiting process: if you don’t pass the exam, they will fire you! If I knew that I wouldn’t quit my job to be with Kin.

Cons

Nothing really. Make sure to study for the P&C license and pass, otherwise they will kick you out without any remorse!!
