      Pros

      Kin is fast-paced and exciting. . There are opportunities to provide input throughout the company and feel like you are making a difference. The work life balance is excellent, PTO is very generous, and the company is remote-first.

      Cons

      Kin could improve at sharing information down the line. Employees sometimes feel in the dark about what is happening and why.

      Remote work. Flexible hours. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn’t trust staff and are too involved. They say doers decide but then constantly override decisions. Priorities change often. Culture has gone down the drain. There are zero DE&I efforts. Almost entirely male senior leadership in tech. High turnover.
