      Great growth opportunity, Kin makes me feel valued and not just a number. hard work is recognized and appreciated and low performers are coached up.

      Cons

      Systems can be very buggy and processes do not make sense in some cases.

      WFH is amazing. Kin also has great benefits and competitive salary.

      Currently there is a lot of growth and change which can be stressful. But it is all apart of being a start up so it is to be expected.

      Pros

      They offer a good leave package and I have a manager that doesn't micromanage. I get the support I need to be successful. The sales goals are realistic and obtainable. I've been here for 2+ years, and I will stay as long as they have me.

      Don't really have any complaints.
