Cons

This company hired 4 people in a training class and let them all go before the training was over giving nobody a chance. Extremely disrespectful to hire people for 1 month and send them out the door with 1 month severance. Disorganized company that is lean/greedy looking to drop IPO caring very little about individuals who work for them.

The rank-and-file engineers are great to work with. Lots of smart, generous, kind people.

Cons

Management doesn't know what it wants and how the tech org functions changes every couple of months. Unclear career ladder. Firings come out of nowhere.

The fast-paced environment creates plenty of opportunities to be challenged and to learn, with lots of room to make meaningful contributions. The senior leadership team is approachable and remains actively engaged, which helps foster a supportive and collaborative culture

Cons

Communication can be challenging at times, as it relies heavily on Slack as the primary channel. Priorities shift quickly, which can create some uncertainty around what is most important. The pace is fast, with frequent short deadlines, so resilience and adaptability are essential to being successful here
