Great company to work for a Sales Consultant

The culture is excellent, the people are beneficial, and the sales cycle is short (D2C)—a simple job requiring exceptional attention to detail and constant follow-up with clients.

Cons

The commission is volatile. Due to factors the Sales Consultants can't control.
