Pros

Work from home, amazing team and manager. Great learning experience and teachers to excel in underwriting insurance.

Cons

Churn is high, I find myself having to ask if someone is here anymore alot. I last counted 22 people were fired/ quit in one month The big cons are pay, Customer service and Underwriting support were paid the same. Not sure how that works when one is answering the phone and ticketing and the other involves complexity of making changes, compliance, claims, discounts. Sales gets so much love, they get incentives and expensive/discounted items/gifts. We get a mug or occasional gift card or outing. Please show other departments some love and appreciation.

Pros

Currently work from home. The employees in the non sales teams are nice.

Cons

No one knows what they are doing. Sales people are top of the food chain, everyone else exists to help them. (they are rude and as long as they sell they can get away with murder. The pay is not enough to get yelled out all day. No space to grow.

Pros

Good people, leads program, decent benefits, competitive product, remote work.

Cons

Pay for your leads and that was not discussed during the interviews. The leads program will cost you $350/month. $60k would be considered a high income. Terrible CRM system. Very fast paced, high pressure, little job security. PTO is unlimited for salaried but mediocre for hourly and sales is hourly. Never heard the words 'terminable offence' and 'crack down on' used so frequently.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Currently, our agents do not pay for leads, and all employees receive a minimum 16 days of PTO + 2 floating holidays. We're sorry to hear about your experience, we take feedback like this very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to leave yours.
