      Pros

      Kinaxis gets that people are core to its success. Every time I meet the CEO, he emphasizes that taking care of people is primary. Trust and respect prevail throughout. We work hard, we have fun, we innovate.

      Cons

      Kinaxis is out growing its small company roots. Scale is our biggest challenge.

      Pros

      I love working at kinaxis because everyone is so caring. The leadership spends a great amount of time making sure their employees have the right amount of balance with work and their personal lives. Most companies say they focus on it but then you work 14 hour days five days a week. This company really focuses on making sure your health, family and mental health come first and foremost. They spend a great deal working to make sure you are further developing your skills and make sure each quarter you have the ability to grow your knowledge.

      Cons

      Processes are in place and trying to change those processes sometimes takes a decent amount of time but thats because its an established business versus a startup.

      Pros

      People here are all friendly, self motivated. A very good place to wor! There are a lot of learning event for you to attend.

      Cons

      seems no for now to me.
