      Well compensated. Professional team of co-workers. Challenging work. Employee focussed.

      Cons

      I can't think of cons to working at Kinaxis other than it could take time to become part of the inner circle. Many long standing employees and upper management make it a close knit circle that could be difficult to become a part of.

      Really solid team based culture, innovative products, lots of growth, above average pay and benefits

      Cons

      Management shifts focus quite frequently (which inherently leads to innovation), and not as much communication to employees now that we are publicly traded.
