Truly game changing software ... would not be surprised if this place is the next big thing in enterprise software. You will really be pushing your software engineering skills daily as well as most likely be reading up on the latest in computer science research in order to implement some of this stuff! Many scary smart people who are also a true team. Management that actually listens!!! You will see in earlier reviews that people were asking for RRSP matching and stocks (since this is a pre-IPO company) ... both requests have been delivered! Definitely a place where you are encouraged to learn and take as much responsibility (in terms of design) as you can handle! Company gym, and many sports teams. Beautiful office located only 10 min walk from Scotiabank Plaza so you can easily go watch a game or a show after work!
