Remote work, but great food at the cafeteria if you live there.

Location: Remote (Mexico) Time at Company: Less than a year Review: I've been with the company for just over a month, and my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. The hiring process was one of the best I've encountered in Mexico - super efficient, respectful, and well-organized. The onboarding process has been smooth and informative, setting me up for success from day one. Compensation is competitive, and the company provides excellent IT equipment and all the essentials needed to perform well in a remote environment. One of the things I appreciate most is the company’s transparency. Policies and expectations are clearly communicated, which creates a sense of trust and clarity. My role is fully remote, and I’ve had a great experience with the flexibility and support provided. I’ve seen mixed reviews regarding hybrid roles, but I can’t speak to that personally. Overall, I’m excited about what’s ahead and feel confident that I’ve joined a company that truly values its people and sets them up for success.
