Work-life balance is respected, with flexible hours and hybrid work options available. Employees gain valuable global exposure by working on international projects and with diverse teams. Kinaxis offers a stable and growing business environment with a strong market position and a leadership team that is approachable and focused on long-term innovation. The overall compensation package is competitive, including salary, RSUs, health benefits, and wellness programs.

      Cons

      I haven’t experienced any significant downsides during my time at Kinaxis. Like any growing company, there are areas that continue to evolve, but nothing that stands out as a major concern. The work environment, leadership, and overall experience have been very positive.
