      -k day -fewer good people -beautiful Ottawa office -lunch

      -work culture has gone down due to management being rude & all the changes -micromanaging -no unity in teams -no career growth, false promises -poor pay scales -clueless managers

      Pros

      - The vast majority of people are helpful and would not hesitate to lend a hand when needed. - Work-life balance. - The perks are good.

      Cons

      - Rapid growth is diluting some aspects of the culture. - Almost yearly mergers and acquisitions bring a lot of challenges to integration, resulting in cultural impact. - Your group and direct manager will dictate the quality of your tenure and opportunities within the company. - Some groups fail to empower employees to make decisions and provide their own solutions. -The company is growing fast and has ambitious targets, but with ongoing organizational changes, there is a lot of insecurity in making decisions. Often, no one wants to take the final responsibility. -Amidst all these dynamics, people are afraid to express their opinions, resulting in a significant amount of silence during meetings.
