      Pros

      Growing company with a leading software product; huge potential if leadership figures out how to structure and manage well. Many social initiatives that attempt to build a positive workplace.

      Cons

      Most of Professional Services executive leadership is clueless about the way a well run software company professional services organization acts, the way it would be organized and operated, the way upper management would communicate downward, and how to improve our consulting services. The organization structure is poor. It is a mystery of where top leadership is focused other than new sales. Consultants are being burned out on problem projects. All these factors make this is a ticking time bomb.

As you’ve noted, we have been experiencing very high growth over the past few years, and with that often comes some growing pains. Group structure and communication are two areas of focus for our HR team this year; we recognize that we have to do better.       Good company to work for

      Cons

      Due to management change, there was a lot of firing recently without any cause. Company was doing well but they still fired people without any reason. Also people who went on maternity leave.

      A great company currently having a few growing pains.

      - Free organic fruit - Well funded company that is a leader in its industry (translation: good job security) - Pleasant social atmosphere -Loves their customers -Willing to evolve

      Cons

      -Expect premium salary when entering company but 'lowball' increases when promoted within the company. -Expect someone to have more clout than you simply because they have been there for decades, (unless you are an executive) -Many Silos.
