      Pros

      The employees are great to work with. Good benefits (Last friday of the month off). Unlimited vacation (kinda). Good product.

      Cons

      The salary is not competitive with the market. Management seems to be going downhill. New employee training is pretty bad and you see a lot of newbies struggling.

      Pros

      -Kinaxis is a Gartner industry leader, fairly easy to generate new business leads -Good Product, good customer base -No Micro-Managing -Flexible PTO -No excessive traveling (at least for BD) -Management treats you like a person -Good medical, dental, vision benefits -I like my team members

      Cons

      -bad 401 K plan -outdated lead routing very limited account list. Many good prospect accounts are not in the system, and can't be reached out to. -re-branding pain points -unclear future direction on sales processes -no stock or equity options -can be difficult to understand and use benefits -can be bureaucratic and takes a long time to change anything. Takes significantly longer to decide to fix problems then the fix itself -overly restrictive CRM and sales tool permissions.
