Long hours. Expensive benefits for US based employees. Very Unattractive ESPP . No RSU/ESOP. They may have problem in retaining talent. B-grades will stay but A's will move on. Just negotiate paycheck when coming in. It is impossibly hard after that, and if you like stock compensation- ask to be a VP. They have tons of them now .
