      Culture used to be great and now recently lots of management change and firing happening

      Good company to start your career but don't stay for long.

      Pros

      Last friday of month is a paid leave. Good WFH facilities. Cool CEO. Growing company in Ottawa but not at all famous in the industry. Very diverse team. Good culture. Many big Fortune 100 companies as their customers. Many employees are with the company since 25+ years (Don't mess with them as they act as owners).

      Cons

      Reorgs happen quite often. A higher manager doesn't have a role to go up, executives will pull an entire team under him. Hardly any promotions can be seen. Only increasing salary won't be enough for employees. HR/Team Manager will constantly remind you saying you are paid higher than average in your role. Jumping to a different company made me realize that's a big lie.

      Great company, woke agenda is rotting it from the inside.

      Pros

      Good company, smart people, good benefits, challenging problems to work on. Great office, great culture (for now....)

      Cons

      Every week there's some new woke nonsense being promoted. Employees are being discriminated against illegally for their medical choices.

Employee health and wellbeing is our highest priority. Kinaxis has a workplace COVID-19 vaccination policy, which requires employees attending worksites to provide proof of vaccination or request an exemption or accommodation. The majority of employees have the option to work from home if they wish and Kinaxis respects all laws and best practices when treating medical information.
