      The best place I have ever worked

      Pros

      Kinaxis is a top tier place of employment. Supply chain is a fascinating subject, and since the recent Pandemic and the impact it has had on company supply chains I can only imagine the topic of Supply Chain Management moving front and center as the "new normal" takes shape. While working at Kinaxis, one will find themselves surrounded with smart, engaged , passionate people who love what they do and take delight in delivering value to customers. The expectations the business has of people are ambitious but realistic and management ensures people have the tools, time and space to complete their assignments. I highly recommend Kinaxis as a place of work.

      Cons

      There is a great deal to learn in terms of ramp up, especially with respect to the wide and deep feature set that the product has. This may intimidate some or entice others.
