1. Great work-life balance. 2. Great perks 3. I love the people I work with. 4. Lots to learn 5. Fast growing (although can be a con sometimes) 6. Free gym

Cons

1. Inter-Department communication. 2. Sometimes I am not sure why certain decisions are being made. 3. Be cool if we had some top up for things like mat/pat leave. 4. Increase RRSP top up to something like 5-7%

Way too many managers, cross team communication is bit of a challenge here.
