The CEO is the most competent and personable executive I have ever worked under. Fantastic team with such great people.

Cons

C-level execs reporting into CEO need to be more hands off. It stifles the ability to do whats best for the company.

Pros

This is really the first employer I have ever worked for that really takes good care of its employees. They never get hung up on small little petty things and realize that employees are the key to a company’s success. A company’s success is determined by the skills of the employees, which ultimately leads to a great product. Good skills need good motivation, which comes with a good company culture and work atmosphere. Kinaxis gives a good compensation, good allowances & equipment and a fair travel expense policy. This to me speaks volumes about the CEO and the leadership. I feel very proud to be here.
