Great work atmosphere. Great people. Challenging work. Ability to move around the company if you show interest.

Cons

Flexible vacation can work against you if you have a manager who believes you only deserve the minimum amount. When new upper-level management gets hired, it almost always shakes up the organization. This happens frequently and you will see organizational restructuring every year or two.

Company works hard to ensure success for it's team members and you have the opportunity to work with clients who are making a strategic investment in their future supply chain success.

Cons

Company is growing rapidly and you will have very little time between projects, if any due to the backlog of business.

Pros

Kinaxis has risen in the supply chain world to be among the top suppliers to large and medium sized companies globally, so it is a solid product for supply chain planning. Kinaxis is a Canadian based company, so many of the cultural beliefs and systems are built around North American culture. The APAC and EMEA teams have their own unique culture and ways of working. Leadership team is solid and do their best to communicate to the employees. Great benefits package according to the local market rate. They really care about their employees.

Cons

Scale up growth means working hard and putting in extra hours to close deals. The company is conservative in hiring, so the capacity for delivery is always riding on the quarters results, like many scale ups in high tech.
