CCABA is a great company on a mission to expand ABA autism treatment to as many families in NC as possible. Very nice updated or new facilities. Understanding and involved leadership. High bar for quality of services.

Cons

Can't hire enough clinicians fast enough to meet the need but, based on social media it does seem like a focus.

Great culture values, support for students, culture of seeking and accepting feedback. Low case loads for BCBAs and opportunities for growth as you gain more experience.

Cons

Often short staff. Low pay for RBTs. Performance reviews are 6 months, but it's difficult to get a raise and no bonuses.
