Bringing on a CEO and COO/CFO has made a huge positive difference in the work culture and employee benefits. Work culture in Charlotte location is fantastic. The staff all work together to ensure client progress. Quality client services and progress remains the central value of ALL staff, and the clients truly benefit from this focus. Lots of opportunities for mentorship and training, especially for RBTs in their BCBA coursework.

Cons

Administration recognizes the difficulty for work/life balance with the majority of the clients needing afternoon and evening hours. CCABA is rolling out new programs to encourage more comprehensive clients with daytime availability. RBT pay is higher at other companies.

Nobody knows who to report to. Conflicting ideas about who does what. Conflicting ideas about what to do. Using our own money for materials for clients.
