The only pro about this company is that they provide a way for students to receive direct & indirect hours toward BCBA degree.

Cons

-They do not provide necessary resources to RBTs so that they may do the best for their clients -They lack communication to their employees through all outlets of communication -Lack of proactiveness when major paperwork needs to be filled out and employees are often left out of the loop -Terminate employees without valid reasoning or notice -Lack communication with clients parents/guardians -Disrespectful to employees - Does not hold up mission and values

Great clinic space (when it's organized), flexible schedules, clinic director is knowledgeable, training director is available to talk about client problems.

Cons

The pay is not good. If you are an RBT, be prepared to have to get a second job, or be in debt. Not paid for driving. Clients are waiting for staff, and staff are waiting for clients. It makes no sense! The company is trying to grow too fast. Everything is unorgabized.
