      It's all about numbers. Patients are numbers, and are defined as either a profitable or not a profitable patient.

      Pros

      Flexibility, and ability to move up and around in company. But with that being said you have to document document document every move you make and then redocument, and re document.

      Cons

      Little to no communication with management. All about bottom line and not patient care. Micro management, with little to no direction. Submit 5-6 reports on same item weekly with ZERO feedback.

      I can not think of pros...beside you get paid

      Cons

      Health insurance is not good. They don't promote from within. There is not a good culture. Management doesn't make you feel important or valuable to the company. Management usually hires people that they know personally

      Pros

      You get Derby Day off! Good medical benefits At the executive level you have unlimited PTO The company provides a service you can believe in. Our patients are the reason we are in business.

      Cons

      Poor integration of acquisitions. Our employees were made to feel like our prior company was awful - which it wasn't, it was great and we were proud of it. Kindred just made an offer our stockholders couldn't refuse Antiquated systems. They are behind the 8 ball with their corporate systems. Makes it extremely difficult to do ones job and as a company this is not a priority.
