Pros

High Turnover (Always Hiring!) Lots of work opportunity (Everyone is calling off because it is run so terribly!) High Bonuses (if you are the CEO) Received Forbes Recognition (Because all money goes to corporate execs and shareholders not to patient care.. Those Bentleys and Tesla P90Ds aren't going to buy themselves! Hey the Tesla should be equipped with Ludicrous mode to match their business model!

Cons

Soul-less corporate department 1:30 nurse-patient ratios or worse almost guaranteed patient negligence due to aggregious understaffing Little to no physician presence in their skilled nursing facilities Pharmacy routinely late with medications upon admission, if you're in pain from that hip surgery, this may take awhile! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, patient beware

Pros

Your fellow coworkers are the reasons your able to come back day after day. Without them encouraging each other, you could never make it thru one year.

Cons

Under staffed day in and day out, poor benefits, very low pay, no support from administration department when it come to how patients and family members talk to staff, broken equipment and repair time or replacement time takes weeks.

Pros

Very little pros for this company. The company/administration is awful. Shocked they've been able to stay open this long. Very behind times & unwilling to change.

Cons

From administration to the higher ups, they are all terrible. CEO has no backbone to stand on what so ever. Surprised he's even a CEO with how little he knows/understands. Management doesn't really do anything. For example, a patient needed to go to the restroom & pushed the call light several times & ultimately had to use the trash can as a bedpan in the room since no one came!! Management blames everyone else besides them self & they rarely take responsibility when anything happens. I would never recommend this facility to me worst enemy!
