      High burnout, no bonus, abusive management, keep you in the dark

      Pros

      If you are smart and saavy, you will learn a lot in a short time. However if you are smart and saavy this is the way you can get in trouble. Keep your mouth shut and you will be fine.

      Cons

      We are not told how we are doing compared to other markets. Sneaky sales management that lie to your face. Not a professional environment. Team is gossipy and mean to others. Team members get written up on a frequent basis if someone speaks up. It is an uncaring environment where everyone is unhappy. Long hours with no pay off with bonus. Goals are unattainable and arbitrary. If you have pharma experience, they love to bring you on the team. However, the ramp up time is extremely short with extremely high expectations.

      Pros

      Management works with you while you are attending school....competitive salaries as compared to big acute care hospitals...computer charting system is very easy to work with

      Cons

      Some management doesnt encourage you while youre going to school, not willing to hire new grads for positions within the company, even though that person had been employed there for 4 years
