Pros

The customers are nice for the most part.

Cons

Very sales oriented but it’s sugar coated. The incentive for all the pressure put on PFAs is NOT worth it. You will not advance with the company unless you are liked. A lot of favoritism by management. Assistant managers sleeping all day in the break room. You attend training 4 months after being hired but are still expected to meet unattainable goals.

Banking hours, paid holidays, great work/life balance, above average pay and benefits. Kinecta is a place to gain experience and take that experience else where.

Cons

Kinecta is a financially unstable organization that has layoffs quite often and there is no job security. The physical work space it outdated and they are strict about working from home.
