Pros

For the first four years they had great CEO and top level management. Good work ethic among colleagues. Always a challenge that gave numerous opportunities to learn new skills and be recognized .

Cons

Board fired several CEO's in quick succession. Hired another CEO that laid off approximately 80% of VP replaced by former employees of CEO. For the first time in its history the company was in the red.needless to say that CEO was terminated. All this term oil at the top has produced a long lasting effect of distrust with Management and high turnover and low morale.

Pros

Employees make the best of it to try to boost moral with events in each department. Many employees have been there a while.

Cons

Many employees feel stuck. They are comfortable enough not to try to find other employment, but dissatisfied, and constantly complain.The company has some great leaders at the Director or VP level, but since the company has had very little good direction, the hands of the good leaders have been tied. The company is a credit union but acts more like a mortgage bank. They took a very "Countrywide" business plan due to the fact that many countrywide employees came to Kinecta. COmpany moral is low due to many rounds of layoffs. Board of Directors have turned the credit union into a good olde boys club. They have all been on the board for countless years and don't know how to lead.
