The El Segundo building was very close to my home.

Cons

If you are friends with management or management yourself you have got it made at Kinecta. The only other way to be successful at Kinecta is if you give up all of your free time participating in the volunteer projects that are going on almost every weekend because you are smoozing with upper management as well and getting your face out there and familiar to them.

Hard to advance Subpar Management High goal expectations with mediocre support and guides Company new service model called "TKX Experience" is a pretex to cross sell and product push like Wells Fargo

I worked at Kinect for 4 years. I really enjoyed it for the first 3 years... not so much the last year. The pay was great before they started to make changes. Management doesn't hide anything, they are pretty clear as to where the company is headed.

Cons

When they started to make changes, they cut the commission incentive program but expected the PFAs to hit the same sales goals.
