Guaranteed paycheck every two weeks

Cons

Women in mgmt only succeed by saying "Yes Sir!" and taking a servant, do as you're told attitude. SVP/C-level management favorites are only ones listened to and promoted; other's (especially women) with more experience are ignored and discounted as ignorant. SVP's publicly say "because I said so" instead of listening and explaining his position. HR team is useless and are only puppets

Pay is good and there are many good staff level people.

Cons

Changes in the “C” suite over the past couple of years have had negative results. The REDCAP culture is non-existent. Management says they care about their employees but only after qualifying it with “what have you done for me lately”.

Culture has shifted. Senior management doesn’t truly care about members and has become increasingly focused on the finances, increasing the sales goals and speaking very little(close to nothing) about how to achieve it. Good reviews submitted here by current employees were demanded by middle management to satisfy CEO’s ego.
