Amazing staff, really felt like a family, accessibility to operations, servicing, mgmt was amazing. Best place ever to work as a loan consultant.

Once you work for a credit union, it’s very difficult to go back to a traditional bank.

I have worked at Kinecta for over 5 years and absolutely love it! The people here genuinely care and leadership truly has an "open door" policy. I have found that the leadership team promotes personal growth and opportunities are available if you have the right attitude and drive to make them happen. Training and development programs offered are second to none and open for anyone who wants to take advantage of them. I have no desire to work elsewhere - come join us!
