Pros
I have been working with this company for a while now. For the most part I have definitely enjoyed it. The benefits they offer are great and the retail side of banking for Kinecta, in some way is a community that definitely are there to help each other out. My manager has been extremely supportive of my decisions and has always been there to help out. There are many additional benefits besides the usual health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans which I've definitely used.
Cons
Some of the down falls of the company that I have noticed are that there are many flaws in the way that the business promotes the products and services. I understand that they are not a bank and are trying not to appear as such, however, most members are unaware of other products and services that we do offer. There is also a lot of confusion between different departments which sometimes can be come a little difficult when dealing with member issues. The biggest con I've heard from members though is the 800 number which seems to give people the run around with an automated system for at least 10 minutes before they are placed on hold to speak to a representative.
